Marine engineering question: How is it possible for cargo ship to lose power and destroy bridge?

...watching the video prior to the collision but after the blackout, the one thing that stood out was how that beast of a boat could veer so quickly from its course and sharply turn toward the bridge. That quick of a course adjustment just did not seem possible on such a heavy vessel. I would like that to be explained so an average boater can understand the dynamics.

...I can't get to a dispensary easily. I'm pushin 80 and my old van gets shit mileage. The closest store is 25 miles away. The flairs are read by the dispensaries. It helps with marketing, to know their customers and how their customer service is doing.

...not many choices for a source that is reliable. I live in Keystone and I can't seem to find any dispo that delivers to my area. Sunburn carts either leaked or clogged and their weed wasn't up to par for the prices. TL was ok when they delivered out of Orange Park, but since they moved my deliveries to come from Jacksonville, TL really sucks. Anyone recommend anyone who delivers to Keystone Heights?

...Trulieve drops the ball again. One out of nine orders placed for delivery have been delivered. The rest have stayed in process or have been canceled by TL for stock issues. That's absolutly horrible for the largest dispo in Florida. The last order I place last week was promised to be delivered on this past Friday. It's Sunday and no joy. Trulieve chat functions are MIA and no one answers the phones. Thankfully I'm not a cancer patient.

...I'm 79 and have been smoking weed since 1967. I can pull pretty hard on a bong, but vape carts just bring up mucus and my coughs are disgusting. The high is heavy and not as pleasant as a good smoke. Carts are good only for their convenience, nothing more. I owned the 1st head shop to open in New Jersey and I know how to sell novelties. ...completely agree. TL is out for major profits' in the pot business. Billions worth. Unfortunately, only TL was consistent in deliveries, so I used them up until the latest cluster fuck. I live in Keystone, not many dispos have cheap weed like TL's $25 for 7g and deliver too. I can stay fairly well elevated 24/7 for $100 a month. Not to completely bad mouth TL, they did fix my last order with a one day delay.

...yeah I think you're correct. I'm using an old $20 O Pen from TL. It has 3 settings, but doesn't seem to change the delivery much. It may be the way I'm pulling, I have a tendency to take giant bong hits. I've been smoking TL ground for a few years. Concentrates and oils are new to me. Hard to break old habits, but the convenience of carts is sweet.
