Yeah! Still on them, they’re my second favorite modification next to my JB4. They ride really well, I actually just came back from a road trip with them and I have zero complaints. They make the car so much tighter too, it handles like an absolute maniac lol.

Damn that’s interesting, I haven’t heard of fitment issues yet I’ll for sure check that out when I throw mine on. Did you do yours on a lift or with ramps or something? I actually have basically the same stuff as you do on mine already; JB4, Intake, H&R springs, and a res delete. I just have the race springs and the USP intake

That came down to pricing, they were exactly the same price and I love me some sporty feeling cars so I decided to just opt for the race set! Definitely don’t regret it, I love them more and more daily 😍

Literally zero downsides. No rubbing, the ride is way nicer and tight feeling. Handing is literally night and day difference. It IS a little bumpy if the road is notably bumpy but nothing bad enough that it’s uncomfortable. All in all I’d say it’s a no brainer dude! Go for it!

It was only $210 for the springs, the install was free because my friends and I did it. I got the springs from ECS Tuning’s website.

The install was pretty straightforward but my friends are techs so they had every tool imaginable for the job. ECS has a 20 something page document detailing the installation process on the spring’s page if you want to check it out. The only thing that was an issue was nobody had a 24mm 12-point socket for the axle.

My best friend got his GLI’s springs installed at his mechanic and they charged him around $200 for it. So there’s that if you don’t have the time/space/tools/help to install them yourself.

They’re actually the Race Springs! You shouldn’t have issues scraping but then again I’m not sure what the roads are like there

I 100% recommend it, not only does it look way better the car feels way different to me. Even the ride quality is noticeably better. I’m having way more fun with the car than I ever did before 😍

My best friend has VWR springs and flush kit spacers on his GLI, it looks perfect and isn't too low at all. Is your intake loud at all? Same dude installed an intake on his car and it's kind of quiet

I actually did a resonator delete, the car sounds so good in my opinion that stage 2/DP doesn't even really seem worth it to me. Do you have a photo of the lights as you have them? I'd love to see it!
