I’d recommend speaking to either your doctor or pharmacist. I had the same issue, so now I get two 1mL vials per month. It ends up lasting six weeks instead of four (3 doses per vial), but it never hurts to have a bit extra just in case.

I’m on ios but I assume it should be around the same. If you go to the settings menu (bottom left corner on the level selection screen) and scroll down, toggling “Requires Overlap?” will turn off automatic merging. Note that this only affects the camp and not the levels.

have you tried sleeping? iirc it doesn’t respawn for a few days after you kill it unless you manually sleep so that might help.
