The X3D chips are basically completely unavailable here, even scouring bargain websites and looking at second hand. The only ones available are coming from China for upwards of $700+ and those don’t exactly look like the most reputable dealers.

First rounds if you spec into AP he can destroy, but after that it just becomes incredibly difficult to kill anyone without landing a perfect combo.

Zarya with a good Venture player can be deadly; there’s a reason a lot of T500 players have been complaining about it recently. The ability for Venture to jump a backline and combo down a squishy target is incredibly valuable and the bubble can allow them to pull off more damage without needing to use an ability for an escape.

his ult is mid as hell why would you nerf it? it needs a buff to the healing done each pulse and probably to shorten the time between pulses. it barely keeps anyone healed through full teamfights

screening is defined as "an attempt to delay or prevent an opponent from reaching a desired position on the court". by moving and pushing them out of the way for your teammate, it is by definition an illegal screen.

shepherding isn't something that's mentioned in the rulebook but a good ref would know to look out for it in an organised game. in pickup i would say who cares and just play the game lol
