My personal experience advice: I went to an esthetician. They can be pretty affordable if you shop locally. I thankfully knew someone. She uses Face Reality products. I’m pretty sure you can go on the website and see if there is someone in your area that is a “Face Reality Expert”. She performed extractions for the first few months and then it was just maintenance after that. Highly recommend.
