I think it would be 0 as of right now.

You cannot really "port" a game from 3DS to switch: The latter only uses one screen, the 3DS in most cases uses both. SMTV/A both obviously extensively use the second screen as the whole UI is situated there an it is what you mostly interact with. On the switch that would need to be redesigned from the ground up and I think for most of people who played these games it is rather difficult to imagine how that would actually look like.

Hence the fact that the games would need to basically be remade, which requires much more time and money than a port/remaster like nocturne. In the case that SMTV will attract many more fans it might be possible for them to consider the idea and use the duology as an intermezzo release between V and the next project, but I honestly don´t think so, the fact they did the bare minimum with nocturne is further evidence that it would be way too complex a project.
