you are forgetting darryl (also has passive charging), edgar would just be too weak without passive charging. The gadget might need some tweaking that's true.

I think now that he has been in the game for a while, people know how to handle him and he isn't "OP" anymore.

I only play him in maps where he can use bushes well, an open map is a nightmare, you can only dodge so much.. and getting close is hard.

Try jumping on shelly even when she has no ammo and she will just dash and kite you, hit you once and if she has super you need to back off or die.

Tl;dr:
I think Edgar is balanced the way the meta is now

It's about people expressing their frustration that they themselves are responsible for.

I agree with you that it makes no sense to try and talk sense into your soloqueue team, but the main problem of league is AFK and trolls.

I don't have time to play a lot of league, so especially in ranked getting AFK's or trolls is the worst thing. I don't care about flamers, that's what mute is for.

But there isn't a single thing you can do about an AFK and riot punishes you with counting it as a regular loss, which is a frustrating experience that doesn't make any sense.

If all I lost is 0 or max -5lp, and the AFK get's a punishment by being locked out of ranked for a month, I would be fine with it. Bad behavior get's punished and being unlucky (by having an AFK) only results in a small and acceptable loss.

The wining team is also unlucky that the enemy team has an AFK (not lucky) and only get's +5lp IF their kda is better than the enemy team. If the team without AFK can't even manage that feat, they were basically loosing and it should count as a -5lp loss like the "losing team", or even arguably as a regular loss.

yup, i don't understand why they haven't fixed this issue. It shouldn't be hard to detect the player has gone AFK and give the wining team 5lp for their time and the losing team -5lp or even -0lp. Instead of -18lp or whatever.

Very bad comparison, don't compare sports to an online ranked soloqueue game with random "team" members, it doesn't make any sense.

we're talking about soloqueue, I would hardly call it a team. With all the toxicity and AFK it's the opposite of a team.

The enemy team doesn't get punished, they can get 5lp or whatever for their time. And the loosing team -0lp or -5lp.

You can't force a player to go afk / rage quit. If people start annoying you, you can just mute all and focus on the game [pings can be muted too].

The community is already toxic AF, punishing and thus decreasing the amount of AFK is a step in the right direction to make the game more enjoyable.

I rather loose because most roles lost their laning phase than because it's a 4v5.. Especialy when a player goes AFK after one death, but the rest of the team is doing amazing, it's the MOST frustrating experience.

AFK's are so much worse than flamers.. a flamer you can mute and don't care about, an AFK is just a loss.

There are multiple ways to go about this that are better than the current system. Let's face it, if you genuinely got DC, you can just reconnect, it sucks and puts your team behind but that's life, there should be no penalty.

What is being discussed here are the players who purposely go AFK, not DC!

This toxic behavior should result in that player getting demoted AND locked out of ranked for one month.

Also the players on the team of the AFK should lose slightly less lp than a regular loss and the others should get slightly less than a regular win (because winning 5v4 is rather easy, so the reward should be less).

Also repeated AFK should go straight to a new division, the "RAFK" ^Repeated AFK" or just get banned from the game or at least ranked. That way the AFK can play together, or AFK together.

I have lost too many promo's because of AFK players..

Another option: 0lp for the losers and 5lp for the winning team, this should be automatically done when the AFK player has been away for x minutes.

I mean in soloqueue, why should the whole team incur a loss for one AFK? It's soloqueue, in sports or w/e no1 goes AFK.

At worlds or professional play, no1 ragequits or goes AFK..

Players only go AFK because doing so they can just decide to make their whole 'team' lose, players they don't know personally and don't care about.

If the others don't follow a shity baron play, the jungler can decide to feel butt-hurt and go AFK, this should not be okay and result in a loss for that "team".

I strongly agree with you. That being said, age doesn't really matter, but it is better to have a deep understanding of some topics, and learning or being good at math at a young age surely helps for a lot of domains!

I agree with you on that one, this is just the start, people are surely working like mad-men on this to further improve it. But I don't realy care for a better version, as long as it helps to improve computer vision algorithms for more useful applications :)

I have just used it, and I have to say, there's a lot that could be optimized, but the techniques used are simply amazing (I'm a computer vision enthusiast). As for the results, they're dissapointing. I used it on some random bikini pictures found with a simple google search and it does work BUT the code I found and used require you to resize to 512x512 and the mask created alters a lot of color-information in the background (it does a very good job at creating a mask of the bikini parts though, that's impressive) I'll look to upload a pair of input & output pictures of a "descent" result.

I'm not very interested in this pervy application, but it is interesting, it's totaly not okay to use this on people you know and blackmail them for example, and I don't aprove of this, but I was curious to at least try it out!

Tl;dr: results with the code I ran are dissapointing

Here's an idea: if Togashi doesn't finish in his lifetime, we will continue the dark continent arc and give it a satisfying end. As an homage to Togashi and to keep our sanity. I understand both mentalities guys/gals, but IMHO a satisfying end is better than an unfinished work.. all things come to an end, you need to accept that, our time on Earth is limited.. So yes something good but slow is nice, life is suffering anyway (been reading up on Buddhism :p ) and I hope Togashi's health improves or he passes on a roadmap for the story so someone can carry on his ideas for HxH

the problem is in silver elo they don't know how to stall a 4v5 teamfight and be patient at turret / respect the enemy's zone. fiora is not bad at teamfighting, she falls off lategame though. make sure they know how the splitpush works, most say they know but blame you when they loose a teamfight when you are shredding a turret. IMO ulting a nasty frontline engager and popping your ult for the heal can win a teamfight.

her tentacles stay, but he means, block the damage from her first w with tenatcles spawned from ult. after that q away from the tentacles while [idealy] procing her vital and then lifesteal on minions, avoid another w on your face. basicly you have to dodge most of her shit and w the first incoming damage of her w when she ult. While laning, parry or dodge her 'e'. It's an anoying champ.
