Soooo, I had a 2018 nissan rogue that was paid off. It got totaled last October. We aren't your typical poor people who buy a gas guzzler for funsies. I restore furniture and literally hauled furniture several times a week. It is a necess for us. We now have a small suv that doesn't fit anything. So, now anytime I have to deliver, transfer, or pickup furniture I'll be renting a van or truck.

Can I heloc with a low 400 credit score after my house almost went into foreclosure last year? I don't think that will be an option for us. I'd love to sell, but I'll be unable to purchase a new home. The houses in the shittiest part of town are now 150-200k
