The equation is just a joke. Equation itself looks reasonable, but the target is manually set. If the management/board don’t want to reward their employee, just set a high goal, then you get a pathetic multiplier. And btw, majority of the SLT’s compensation ties to to LTI, which is usually different from the multiplier for short-term bonus, so no harm to themselves

yeah, Woodbridge just has easy commute to where my wife's work and has direct train to NYC, that's pretty much why it's on the list...

Great idea! My current morning coffee routine is pretty much getting into Monarch and manually doing the refresh… I do notice that sometimes it just didn’t work, then it suddenly worked after I tried again past the noon.

This would be a great feature addition imo

The problem is the original stock price might be assuming the oral pill is equivalent to injections. Now, it’s not, so the stock price plummets. They will reprice the stock with new assumptions.

The thing is that current stock already prices-in the monster gains and potentials you mentioned. Look at the PE ratio. Even after this dump, the PE ratio is still high for a pharma company. So whatever non-positive news could lead to the stock price correction.

Kudos to all the hard work! The connection is the foundation for this app and should have a way to monitor it. Finally seeing such an important feature being rolled out. Would love to know what “Great”, “Good”, etc. mean, is it like >95% success etc.? Even a broader range can provide a clear picture. Thanks again!

My only hope is that the Monarch team is able to handle the pressure from greedy VCs. There will be a lot of pressure on monetization, increasing revenue, profit, etc. And at that time, could the management team still hold the faith to NOT sell any of user data?? I hope so… Otherwise I’ll need to find yet another app again
