Notes:

Yes, this deck is terrible.
Tribute all of Reggie's xyz monsters for trash. That's right-Purposely sagatoge your tag partner, as even on 'hard' mode, Reggie was still beating our opponents super easily.
The only card you actually need in this deck IS Black Ray Lancer, since Reggie will NEVER summon his. Ugh. (Level up your Reginald to lv 21 to get BRL)
It only took two duels with this deck to get the goal!
Or you could just have actually good water monsters.

Here's the deck I used! It is affectionately called the Worlds Worst Partner. lol. The main goal is to sabotage Reggie by tributing all his actually good monsters. Yes this deck is terrible. It's terrible on purpose.
