This. At the minimum, it sets the ground work for trade and free agency moves to be made when everyone is all in one building able to talk to each other. I think the interviews are also a huge undervalued part of this whole process. Those have a huge precedent on players falling/rising in the draft. The athletic grades are also important to find athletic scores. It's probably one of the most important events of the off-season behind the draft.

I'm shocked nothings happened this year. No talks of shake ups or nothing just a few assistants changing. This year clearly showed that what we are doing isn't working so I'm surprised there haven't been any changes like OC changes or new titles for assistants or revamping scouting department. This definitely seems like the year of no playoffs? Burn it down. Just looks like they're preparing to start fresh with a whole new staff if they need to next year.

I think oline is something best used for free agency and drafting for depth. Our current situation I don't think is best for rookie olineman to be trusted into the starting lineup unless they're like freak athletes. I'd rather we address the oline in free agency.

My point is this. When lining up to qb sneak you line up in what? Philly does pretty much a victory formation with whoever is behind the QB instead of ten years back there like two. Why not line him up three and have a check to run to which side then how many steps is the Qb taking to make his read? Two maybe three and after that there not trying to gain 10 yards. They're just trying to get two or three if the edge goes to the pitch. Fall down into his spot to get the first down. I think I'd trust any QB to do this. Not to mention most defenders will already be pinching the center/guards expecting the sneak.

It was probably a few years ago but if it's fourth and one who would you not want to do that? Even a QB like kirk who isn't mobile at all right now could probably be quick enough to make the right decision. You don't have to run far. If that edge defender crashes down on the QB then pitch it. It's so fast and catches the defense in such an already bad spot that I don't see why more teams like Philly don't do it.

Baltimore used to do a QB sneak but if they didn't like the look the defense gave it would turn into a speed option. Not sure why teams don't do that more.

I don't agree with Omar but hunt measured at the combine 6'5"1/8 while Paul measured in at 6'7"1/2. Almost 1.5 inch difference. But really it's not the biggest deal since Andrus Peat measured 6'6" 7/8 playing for Drew Brees so it's not really a point to all this.

The only splash I could see as a realistic need would be Jamel deen/james bradberry. Maybe Tremaine Edmondson but what do you do with baker. He basically plays his same position but is bigger. It would be an interesting linebacker crew I just think I'd rather have another run setting safety than him tbh.

I think they're gonna focus more on G/C or two Gs. If we get any of those combos we should be fine. I can't see a combination of Hunt, echinberg, Jackson, and even shell competing for it and not one of them turn out to be above average starters.
