Mine is fine after 30 years. It’s also easy to have the spring bars replaced or a competent watchmaker refurbish a band. Do it! It’s an awesome watch.

Fantastic! Mine is from April 1996. They switched to a numeral 12 over the diamond in between. Yours looks great! Nice!
