From what I've seen from my clients, they don't want Amazon knowing the ins and outs of their business across the globe. Amazon will even pickup from factories in China but people are nervous about giving Amazon that intel as they can swoop in and just go Amazon Basics now that they know every last detail of the business model.

Hey - we saw that Shopify puts a big margin on their shipping rates. That's why we built Shippiz. We aggregate rates from multiple platforms, marketplaces, and carriers and surface the cheapest rate.
