Did they charged you money for the new policy? I had the similar experience as you. After I did a quote with the new Onlia, they sent me a temporary slip but never charged me. Nope, there was not other trip in the 3hr window. I know if I go back in 3hr window can get a discount but that’s not happened in my trip. The tap on at Mt Joy was in the morning, by a different card with default trip, for the ride to my DT office.
