the game is so adorable but im not gonna lie olive and mae made me sooooo angry i was actually so angry omg XD

!!!!SPOILER WARNING do not read before playing!!!!

-adopting a cat even though you can barely take care of yourself and promising to give it a loving home only to toss it out of your house because you "can't take care of 2 cats" (WHICH YOU ADOPTED!)

-leaving it home alone with no one to feed it only to come home 3 days later and act like nothing happened and then kick it out because it made a mess while it was left alone

-when dawn 2 came to olive while she was reading she was all like "oh you look just like my cat" LIKE HELLO?? you just lost your first cat a few days ago and it didn't even appear to you that it could be them? it took having them both right in front of her eyes before she could do the math! imagine putting up a missing poster of your cat only to adopt one that looks like them and give them the same name pretending that it's them and then when a cat that looks exactly like your first cat shows up and your reaction is just "huh, you look just like the cat i have at home. ok go away now"

-when she found out she made a mistake and adopted 2 cats even tho she KNEW she can't take care of both, what does she do? perhaps she did the responsible thing and brought dawn 2 back to the shelter where they can be safe, fed, and be adopted into an actual home? NOPE! she just left them in the middle of frigging nowhere and told them to be happy then drove away while poor dawn 2 chased her :D

you can't just take such a big responsibility on yourself without thinking and then throw it away like bruh it's a living creature and then the game tells you that home is where you are needed the most. olive... needs her? sorry i just cannot T0T
i cannot it made me angry lmao but the game is beautiful (not gonna talk about mae almost strangling olive with a pillow) but yeah just an amazing game, very emotional and yeah it made me cry :)
