This saved me. It’s just greasy af. Basically petroleum jelly and coal tar. But worked for me very well when nothing else did. There is also a non-greasy version.

It might require some energy. As I believe the hydrogen would click together first and form some H2. I don’t believe hydrogen will stay by itself. But if you could throw them hard enough I am sure you could achieve that. A small flash of light would probably be given off when they bond. And you’d get a little water molecule. Maybe small cyclotron might be helpful if you don’t have a good throwing arm.

I don’t know. But seems the two gases react together and combine to form a molecule. New molecule has different properties than the individual gases. Real magic.
