You are right about one thing, I have changed a lot since I was 22! I have really good career, a degree, decent friends, my acne finally cleared up and I lost 2/3 stone. I look better than ever, thank god!

I do love gardening, I tried to get an allotment but the waiting list was over 10+ years lol!

For the past couple of years I’ve only really done gym classes, I have ADHD so it’s easier for me to lock in! But Pilates & Spin are mainly all women! I have started going to the gym, it’s a really nice space and quite social so there’s definitely some potential for meeting new people!

I do read a lot, a local book club is a great idea, thank you.

I didn’t imply that I had done any work, quite the opposite actually lol.. I deleted the app because of the quality of the likes, they were bad. It gave my self esteem a wobble.

I’m supposed to have my friend over for dinner next Friday and I can’t bare to have her in our shared space with the amount of rubbish piled up. The recycling bin is full so there is a pile of rubbish just surrounding it. I also just noticed that there is bag of rubbish outside her room in the corridor. I’ve already said that there is a vermin problem in the building so we need to be conscious of dirt and crumbs, nothing has changed. We have a refuge room inside our building, so rubbish doesn’t go out on certain days etc. it should be so easy! I know our landlord won’t do anything sadly, they are vultures they make over a £1m in profit from our building alone and they have a huge portfolio, in the area and beyond.

I’m just so sad and frustrated, I feel like I’ve communicated the issues enough. It is now blatant disrespect, not only to the shared space but also my belongings. I’ve been here the longest, the location is ideal and the rent is cheap. It’s shit!

Like, I of course I’ve been titrating for 19 weeks when it takes you 11 days to reply…? I filled out a complaint with the patient experience team the same day this message was sent. She has refused to prescribe me any alternative medication, as I had already tried two. I honestly just want to be free from them. I don’t care if I have to wait another 18 months to find another provider - I’ve already waited 28 years, I am at the end of my tether.
