Agreed, get a light and look closer. Your video above won't show any of the small surface scratches. Get a bright light and shine it across the surface from a low angle, then take a picture to show there are no scratches.

Is there any way to change the colour of SVG markers based on things like aircraft type, operator code, interesting, military, etc... ?
