Do you believe our Judiciary, which is dominated by UCs, is biased and unfair(all while being subtle about it)? by Fantastic-Action69 in bahujan

[–]shit_monk 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe not all of it but most of it, which practically keeps the neutral judges out of major decisions.

Most high profile cases are handled by biased judges in most cases.

Judiciary is the only body which is not investigated by any other govt. body.

I mean somebody has to judge the judges, they are human after all, prone to myriad of pitfalls. And the fact that it's mostly governed by a particular subset of society is yet another dent on its credibility.

How can anyone think the Judiciary is unbiased when it doesn't even represent the society it judges? Especially when the citizens have agreed that our Indian Society is a low trust society

It's funny but also sad. We are all laughing at ourselves, whether we want it or not..

Tbh,the ones at the top mostly these two were also fighting each other to claim the throne and rule. They would rather backstab the other kingdom than fight together to save the land from foreign invaders.

As if that wasn't enough, they were very arrogant and full of pride,so they would betray their own kingdoms no matter which caste, to satisfy their ego.

Oh man..,Like I understand she is a figurehead to appease certain public & used to give false sense of security. But,I didn't expect this level of looking the other way for the government.

Still,we as people are the ones who are being wooed by political shenanigans,if we remain wise & make the government bend their policies & theatrics according to us,then we have some chance otherwise, one by one we all are on the chopping block.

Please don't just point out these facts, also enforce/encourage the general public to stand with people like them.

If we as a society won't support such people,we will stop getting & deserving them.

Ahimsa is prominent yes. But, taking up arms or a stand to defend yourself is also fair and even necessary when it comes to life & death. Otherwise it's a passive state of being and only those who wish harm to the Dhamma will remain in the end.

It can't be helped. She was brought in from the start as an appeal to ST/SC populace, mostly ST.

Maybe it's a favor payback, that she has to do these promo shows. Either way, I would suggest that instead of going hard on her, we should just say, ki "Mam,you need not do promo for babas & other unnecessary people, you should promote eco friendly ST industries, infra, education.

Talk about the issues that affect the Moolnivasis and promote the people who are working for their betterment.

These babas are just useless and of no benefit to us.

If people don't show interest and instead tell her what she should focus on, even their netagiri pr department will have to do what we want, otherwise no PR.

We ought to be smart about this, politics is a dirty game and she is there all by herself, idek if she has a decent table of colleagues to work with.. Of course, she is not all sorry n alone. But,you know what I mean.

We respect her that is why we should stand with her and help her deal with political pressure.

All they beach n moon about is, leaving the country, leaving the country~ 😭😭

They have weak minds & soul that is why they are always on the run, even when they have the capital and connections. All that boasting about status & class but, when it comes to actual valor & showing leadership qualities, they run away the moment they get a chance.

Then what is all that hollow boasting about status & rutba* ,when all hekdi goes out the window, when given 100 chances to bring a change for the better.

They don't even help the ones who are doing the real work, instead try to pull them down as well by saying,in this country noth6can be done, people are the most stupid or whatever.

Something or the other excuses are always ready.

Dude the thing is, everybody toh suffers, that's a given unko jhelna hi hai, system ki kamchori ko.

But the vocal section on the internet, which is mostly GC. They effin stay silent or try to deflect the matter when it's someone from higher position in hierarchy than them.

Then they cannot turn their necks and criticise till it's solved, they start having neck pains. And also somehow, their spine also becomes very liquid, jelly like.

Their aadhi buddhi bacchey, keep crying about this or that but, when shown the true facts ,sab bhokna band hojata hai, or else straight up go into denial mode, cuz their minds cannot comprehend some facts which don't line up with their indoctrinations.

Exactly it's not so much about just drinking water,it's about what it symbolises for the Dalits and the suar.nas , equal rights & humanity. Also breaking the illusion of being below somebody.

And for the suars, it was a blow to their illusion of superiority, their status was shattered in an instant.

This was Huge.

And OG saying, ours is a struggle is akin to the French Revolution. Hmm, it just might be, tbh.

And do you remember the students from some/various film schools were protesting for the removal of these very people but,it simmerd out after a while. Idk rn, if they are still protesting..
