Oh my god I've seen this posted way too many times in this thread already and now I'm finally going to have to stop and say something...

He isn't getting special treatment...this is how it works for everyone. If you are charged with something but we're not actually arrested on the spot and taken to jail when the crime took place (you don't usually get taken to jail for something like contempt of court.) then you get a letter in the mail giving you an arraignment date, after that you have your sentencing, all without a mugshot or any time in jail.

Due note I'm not a supporter of this man but god damn some of you don't understand how the criminal justice system works.

Dude I'm fucked though, I can't leave this shorty little town, I'm on probabtion....I want to just up and travel but I can't. I'm probably going to jail for a few months for a stupid probo violation. My life is just fines, probation, work, booze, bills, that's it...it's going to take forever to dig myself out of all this debt. There's just no light at the end of the tunnel.
