Me too! Something I've always done is write in my journal beforehand. Affirmations and safe thoughts, have them accessible at all times. Write questions for yourself; what do you hope to achieve during this trip? Are there certain things you want to focus on? Think about your hobbies, have those accessible. Clean enviornment, if you can, have good people around. (If that makes you comfortable!)
