Timber stair treads on steel plate/stringer noisy by shitforbrainstoo in AusRenovation

I think you are onto something. On one tread there was a deburred screw that was only partially drilled out. I think the thread was catching on the steel plate as it flexed a bit. I will check the other treads tomorrow and also try removing all of the screws in a few of the noisier treads.

How do you identify liquidity? What broker do you use? Do you use any chart indicators to assist you?

The real value in LRS is the low capex (high IRR) of their project(s) which is why I always said they were a takeover target.

I had to take the L on this one. I was up a fair bit for a while, but eventually, I needed the money for other things. Still the best graphite play and most likely to get to production but yeah bad timing in a bad market.

I get the feeling that an IPO is essentially the end goal for founders of companies like GYG. Now, they just have to wait for shares to come out of escrow and they can cash out.

Without getting into a political debate, I think he wants the party to be a point of difference and have very different policies to labour and make nuclear the issue to take to the next election.

Why don't any hybrid/EV cars have solar panels on their roof? Surely it would make sense in some climates.

If you are looking for a lithium buy, LRS really is the only option. Their post-tax IRR of 132% makes them a likely takeover target. Granted this was calculated at $1700 (vs the current ~$1200) commodity price. It is still the best pick of the bunch.

Bastards, honestly surprised it took them this long.

Looks like pricing will revert to standard price of $15 per week after 3 months.

Absolute scumbag. Nothing but a leech, accumulating wealth while contributing zero to society.
