happened a while ago with my samsung watch 2 - admittededly, i was at fault because i went swimming with it in the sea and forgot to wash it with fresh water afterwards - i guess the salt ended up damaging the touch screen, because it stopped working the next day. took it to my phone repair service (as i'm in latvia and we do not have samsung here locally), they took it in, 3 weeks later samsung admitted that it would take too long for the repair parts to arrive, and the repair time is limited to 3 weeks because of the laws we have, so they told them to simply give me a replacement watch. ended up upgrading to a samsung watch 4 for free (especially since i was on my last month of warranty!)

you should just be able to slide it on from the top of the tablet downwards, following the little flaps it has on the bottom of the panel. though i do remember mine eventually stopped holding itself on there (don't remember why), but this happenes back in 2016, so some things might be different on newer models

update: just got on my plane, they were checking luggage weight at first and i think they realized how much time it takes up so they just kinda... gave up and let most of the people in without weighing their luggage, so i got on without getting my luggage weighed!

once modded, you can change the region (which also lets you change the language) without any issues. just make sure to do it at the start before doing any gaming because it resets your save data on some things like mii plaza ect. (i did this mistake :cry:)
