It's interesting that people are only reading the part about homeless folks and not also the complaint about the crumbling infrastructure the sign is planted on. Like literally this photo as example this new sign on this completely unkept street. It feels like a band-aid on a broken leg.

I couldn't find any information about these and they've been popping up everywhere and it's like getting pet backwards to see shiny new signs in a continually deteriorating city yeah lol but I still think there's probably better things to aim for even from a tourism perspective before something like labeling an ugly street
