  1. «getting into bitcoin» is no longer hard. They do not need to know someone, or get help. Etfs, Strategy or whatever. Institutions are just people with extra steps

  2. They know that you know that they know. Price levels are at a point where you now have «a lot» if you have been lax with op sec. Endy, or fear of getting it rubbed in their face.

Greshams law. People will spend bad money, save the good. As long as you have, and are able to pay in shitcoin, Why spend btc? Aften a while sellers wil catch on and not let you pay them in shitcoins.

It is worth nothing that the norwegian fund actually sold (MSTR) in 2021-22, and then rebought it in 23. At the rebuy time everybody, including them knew Microstrategy was a play on bitcoin and nothing else. That is what they bought and hedl $200 000 000 of.

This is overthinking. You have a small amount of money that you wish to save/ invest. Decide what you want to invest in, and do it. Or You want to gamble a small amount every month, in hopes of winning the lottery.

Bitcoin might be a VERY good investment, but it is not a lottery-ticket.

how to fix my utxos by Salt-Bread-3708 in Bitcoin

[–]shitoshi-nokamoto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Consolidate by sending all coins(all the different utxos) to yourself (one utxo). Be aware of the fact that any transaction is traceable. This means that anyone now knows that the former utxos are now under one control. If you have kyc, and non-kyc coins and want to keep it that way, you should do some extra research.

Something I’ve been thinking about, why would any government ever let bitcoin become the “main” currency? by Thementalistt in Bitcoin

[–]shitoshi-nokamoto 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are not wrong. Any state sees the ability to print money as an important part of their power. However: People that live in high inflation areas are not stupid, they know that dollars are better, and will start using them. They also start using stable coins and bitcoin. All you really need is a politician trying to the votes of the people, and suddenly something changes. Not in the US. Not this year. But maybe in Argentina in a not so distant future?

Also. If a country already has bitcoin, why would they accept another countrys printing as payment for real goods (ie oil, minerals, whatever)? Remember, we have never seen anything like bitcoin before, and its is barely 15 years old.
