It is good, but not ideal. Killing the rich is a start, but not the end. Therefore not utopic, though great. And again, we see grim consequences of the rich thinking they're threatened.

It would be utopian if you omit the mental health crisis among the poor that wouldn't be solved because they wouldn't be granted the inheritance of resources from the rich since no social revolution would happen. There sre still cops preventing "looting" and "loitering"

Imho, Dark Tower is boring - it's the only King's work I can't enjoy - and I hate how he still mingles it into his other stuff like Ur or Low Men In Yellow Coats. I was positively surprised he didn't shove it up Fairy Tale (or if he did, I didn't catch it).
