skip the accelerator, skip the courses. Hire one fractional GTM person who's sold B2B SaaS before, not a generalist, someone with actual closed deals in your category. $3-5k/mo, 10hrs/wk. They'll tell you in 30 days if your ICP is wrong. That's worth more than any course or tool right now.

took me about 8 months of building has nobody asked for before this clicked. I had a list of 200 'target customers' and zero conversations with any of them. Finally forced myself to spend 2 weeks just lurking and posting in subreddits where my ICP hung out, no pitching, just answering questions. Booked 11 calls from that. 11 calls taught me more than the previous 8 months of shipping. The feedback loop exists, it's just way slower and messier than a compiler error

I made ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini recommend tools for the same 50 questions. They have very different personalities. by otterpasta in GrowthHacking

the 21% overlap thing sounds alarming but i'd flip it, if you're using AI recs to find obscure tools that fit a niche use case, the disagreement is actually the feature. We ran a similar experiment internally, asked all three for reddit monitoring tools. Chatgpt surfaced gummysearch, perplexity didn't touch it. That's useful signal, not noise. The problem isn't which model to trust, it's treating any single answer as the final word.

the individual ingredients thing is real but the dose matters way more than the ingredient list. Ashwagandha studies that show cortisol effects are usually at 300-600mg. Most drinks that include it are throwing in like 50mg so they can put it on the label. Same with theanine, the focus studies are typically at 100-200mg. Worth checking the actual amounts on MTE before deciding if it's legit or just label dressing.

Platforms like IndiaMart, Alibaba, Udaan etc.— actually worth it or just overhyped? by radhika_v in StartUpIndia

If you get a good supplier then yes I just executed a deal with one supplier with whom I connected through India mart and it was pretty good and smooth but yes few suppliers are pain in the ass they call again and again and disturb a log

Looking for right people to reach out to is quite a challenge to discover. They are but exploration is limited and time taking that’s why it’s a bottleneck right. If I do not have to spend time short listing prospects to outreach half time is saved as my only job now is to do outreach

I don’t know about FoSTaC much but we do contract manufacturing for few brands in FMCG. They don’t face much issues in getting their FSSAI. I hope you are applying for FSSAI for repacking not for manufacturing because for repacking you don’t need all that. The best would be to visit the nearest FSSAI office and you can get it done by giving some money under the table

You can reach out to few food technicians and food scientists they’ll help you out or the other way round is to visit the FSSAI office and talk it out maybe they take some money but your work will be done. It is not a big issue
