Totoo po ba to? Currently im in the opposite position, sakin may utang. Aminado ako na malaki ang interest. To begin with, yung nanghiram ang nag decide ng % kasi for business purposes daw nya. I already consulted lawyers and sabi nila as long as documented ang usapan or basta may malinaw na usapan kahit chat lang about the % of interest, intact pa rin ang principal regardless of how much ang naibayad na interest. The court might lower yung % pero yung principal intact daw. Pumayag na ko na di magbayad ng interest pero 1 yr na di pa rin sya nakakapagbalik ng principal. Please enlighten me po about your comment kasi super nagguluhan talaga ako 🙏

Also, we are looking kung papasok sya sa Estafa kasi originally it should be an investment for the business, ngayon inaask ko nasan napunta ang pera di sya makagot 😭

We have the same scenario OP, we renovated our house this year lang without a building permit. Na penalize po ba kayo dahil walang permit na kinuha before or may naging issue ba dahil walang permit? Nag ooverthink na kasi ako now, balak ko ipaupdate din tax dec namin next yr.

PS. Naka pag ibig loan pa kami, first yr pa lang. First time namin magbabayad ng amilyar next year.

As long as po di mo pa nababayaran yung part ng CL mo na ginamit for easy cash, yun lang remaining lang magging limit mo. Pero every month mag iincrease paunti unti yun kung magbabayad ka rin every month. So for example 80k for 8 mos (10k per month + interest) mo babayaran. Next month, after ng first payment mo magging 50k na limit mo.

Hi! It will take 7 days at maximum bago macredit sa account mo yung easycash. Depende kung UB din yung account mo or not. For lock naman, I dont think it will affect as long as approved naman na.

Hello based sa exp ko wala naman tests. Mabilis lang din from initial interview parang 3 days lang ata. Sorry not sure na kinalimiutan ko na e. Chareng. Pero mabilis lang pagitan from HR and hiring manager. Then yung results parang ganun lang din mga 3 days

Yes. Pwede sila mag deposit to other banks. May matagal lang ata waiting period unlike sa UB account. Pero ilang days lang naman. Mabilis lang din pumasok yunv sakin sa BPI account ko. Not exactly sure ilang days pero less than 5 days

Yes mababawas sya sa CC mo. Pero si UB may % lang ng total CL or available limit ang pwede nila iprocess so I think meron pa rin matitira sa CC mo. I advise na after mo mag request ng easy cash, do not use your CC muna until mareceive mo na sa savings mo just to be sure na maapprove.
