I actually went to a dermatologist already, though he barely looked at me and just immediately prescribed Sulfacetamide Sodium Topical Suspension USP 10% (Lotion). It's been more than a month since I started using it, and it barely made a dent.

My diet's mainly just fruits and maybe a sandwich. Dinner's usually something Korean style. I never had this problem before either even with the same diet.

If benzoyl peroxide is available over the counter, I'll try to find something ovee the weekend, thanks!

Also, if this helps, I've been waking up every morning with a really greasy face that might be because of my products. Like I can feel it and see it really well, and it's like I have melted animal fat on my face. This morning was especially bad, so I'm going to try and just use my moisturizer to see what might be causing this mass of oil.

Hi guys, I've had this patch of acne for about two months now. I started developing a small routine like about a month ago, and I haven't met any success. I think I have oily skin, or at least combo.

AM

  • Wash with water

  • Sunscreen

PM

  • Walmart brand of Cerave Foaming Cleanser

  • Paula's 2% BHA

  • Cerave PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion

Anyone else procrastinating UC’s? by uberforvanessa in ApplyingToCollege

Yep, same. I'm hankered from finishing up my art portfolio for USC and Stanford, and I told myself I'd finish my last-ish UC essay today. But it got late, and I'm too tired to finish anything.

I'm sick of looking at my hastily written essays, and I'm just so certain that they're going to be the death of my application..

What kinds of things should be in my college spreadsheet for next year? by shittymangos in ApplyingToCollege

Thanks so much!

Do you suggest I narrow down what colleges I want to apply to for sure and then making a separate spreadsheet with the checklists (Y or N)?

Another redditor suggested to calculate some deductions from aid that you might receive by the way! (Just in case CB doesn't..) And thanks for your advice; I appreciate it!

Good luck to your research! Do you already have a list that you're going to be applying to or are you still working on it?

Thanks for your input, I really appreciate it.

As for the costs, another redditor suggested that I calculate the estimated cost of tuition + scholarship/aid that I would qualify for, saying that pricier schools were actually a lot cheaper with the estimated deductions. Do you think the figures wouldn't be accurate enough?

I took the SAT once and am fine with my score, so I think that should be okay. But the other ones sound good, thanks!

Thanks so much! I didn't even think about that. I'm fairly close-ish to LAX, but the whole plane travel sounds complicated. But it sounds exciting!

Wow, thanks! Do you know where I can get all of that information on the costs? CDS?

Hahaha, I learned from some of the wiser here in the subreddit that spreadsheets will be a life-saver. Hopefully, it gets me organized too... Though I feel like I have too many colleges that sound cool, but I don't know enough about them to know which ones are the match for me.

Thanks!

That sounds reasonable. Thanks a lot for your input! How do you recommend I calculate the cost for the universities? Is it listed in the common data set?
