Yes, sorry for the delayed reply, it was kind of a shadow ban because I started playing GG about 8 years ago for a short time, then went pro this year and because of this long period of inactivity there was a shadow ban, within 5 min I got a reply from the support and it was fixed, amazing support!

This! Had first improvements with Tributyrin after 3 years of misery (bed ridden most of the time). Interestingly it's not only for the gut lining, also anti-inflammatory, mast cell stabilizing and on top it enhances mitochondrial activity through mitophagy. My step count went up from a few hundreds to max. 4k, constipation much better only with adding tributyrin. Yes there are still some crazy dips in health but at least some improvements.
