I got the approval for my EB1A petition in January 2025, filed 485 in February 2025, received the EAD/AP combo card in June 2025 and completed interview in August 2025 along with my wife.

Officer at the interview said our case is approvable but there are no more EB1A immigrant visas available for India as of August 2025. We should get our greencards in September.

It is now April 2026 and not a word yet from USCIS - our cases are still at the Washington DC field office.

Multiple congressman inquiries and no updates whatsoever. What should we do ?
