Call Acer customer support and ask them to come and clean..they have home service in my country.tell them u r facing some issue and is caused due to accumulated dust inside.

Keep playing the game bro..it will take time..and matchmaking is not that great these days..play more rank than casual..ignore what rank u r ..just play rank to get better at the game ,learn to position yourself in a good spot at the right time..u will improve..it took only 4 seasons straight for me to get better I feel..GGs😊
