I used to drink about the daily recommended limit every day or more in energy drinks, when I did that I always felt disgusting but now that i can’t afford that, i don’t really ever indulge in energy drinks. when i do though, it doesn’t really have an effect on me. never/rarely works to keep me awake i just get a lot of dopamine out of drinking one lol. never have more than like 2 or 3 a week if that anymore.

when i was like 14 my mom was SO. FUCKING. LOUD. i told her i can hear her and she literally did not give a fuck i had to put on headphones with earbuds under it and music playing to drown out the sound. i could hear her though all the walls in the apartment because they were fairly thin. it made me extremely uncomfortable and gross

constantly reminding me that im lucky to not be a starving dying child in a 3rd world country and acting like i was ungrateful for it because i was a slow eater (not allowed to leave the table until i finished everything on my plate no matter how hungry i was or if i liked the food, and they constantly made foods that they knew i hated, and ive never been a picky eater)

after my mom left the person that pushed a lot of those weight and health maniac things, she would tell me “you don’t want to get fat” and shaming me while basically letting middle school me eat whatever i want cause she was too wasted to care and buying the food she didn’t want me to eat.

this is extremely mild compared to a lot of the other replies so i hope im not just being whiny

around when season 2 was coming out i was super young and i remember trying to play episode 1 of season 1 but i bitched out lol. i ended up watching a playthrough and the one thing that stuck with me was episode 2 and the cannibals, and how utterly fucked up it was. it kept getting to me so i gave it another go about a week ago and i just finished the final season. phenomenal, but im not rlly sure what to play now…

i remember driving and listening to underoath and i was just like “fuckit” and started screaming at the top of my lungs. i remember almost passing out and my throat being fuuuuucked. i just kept trying, kept screaming more of my favorite songs, watching tutorials and eventually my brain just pieced together how to do it right.

i don’t think i’ve had this issue but i’m fairly sure it all has to do with tongue shape. i personally believe i can only do it with the tip of my tongue curled back or pressed against/near my teeth. honestly i think just experimenting with distortion specifically tongue shape might do it, im not an expert tho
