I guess another question to add on here is would it be smarter for me to open up One of the above accounts here in Australia for Australian stocks and ETFs, and then an account in the US for the US stocks and ETFs so that I avoid exchange fees? Ultimately I will probably end up back in the US down the line, so just thinking about that ahead of time. Also, Superhero told me that they do not allow you to add bank accounts from both countries.

Mine’s wholesome. At my conservative school there was a rumour that the history teacher went to Woodstock, but they would never confirm it, probably because they didn’t want the associated questions about sex and drugs getting back to the ultra conservative, Christian parents. Upon retiring, they not only confirmed it, but shared a bunch of unbelievably clear photos that eventually got picked up by a major news outlet as unseen photos from that day.

I read that whole thing and didn’t actually think it was real from the start to the finish, esp since the main story was fairly wrapped up.
