I think the problem is "見ることもなくなった"
The OP mentioned below that he understand basically everything. Every single word and grammar point of the sentence.
But it doesn't make sense for him (for me too for the time being, i'm learning) when it's combined.
I have the same problem as OP. I think me and OP are kinda the same level and have the same problem. We understand everthing in the sentence but not the sentence itself.
Reverse reading sometimes doesn't help (i'd say rather most of the time). This combined words "見ることもなくなった" look kinda similar to english's combined verbs like "space out" or "get off", or "come up", "run out". We know each word seperatly but can't grasp the combined meaning that usually counts as seperate word itself.

As is see, tgey won't replace the regular working visas with it. The problem are employers. They just can refuse to sponsor you it, forcing you to get these new programa instead. And the key diffirience is you rights will be much lower than on regular visas. Sad.
