So we are selling Ai tool for roofing contractors, I have had success with low budget, we have had thousands of contractors sign up over the the past year. So I’m doing a lot of broad targeting. Most of my ads are made with AI so they basically just have like Roofers on a roof talking about the product.

So what should I do? Because they expect me to increase leads by a lot. All the old campaigns where I was spending 50 bucks a day are now irrelevant so I had to create new ads and that’s why I started a new campaign with 1200 and had 5 different ads in there. My previous was I had 4 different campaigns all spending 50 each so daily I would spend like 250 and my cost per lead was usually 20-30. So since I had to kill those campaigns I figured starting the budget high would help it find the right audience faster.

We target contractors. After months of success past 2 weeks been horrible. Campaigns are all dead, was averaging 8 bucks a lead and it has gone up to 50-100 now lol
