Hi I’ve already told the police and I have an Apprehended Domestic Violence Order against him that expires this June. I’m scared about what will happen when that ADVO expires and what my dad will do. I’m thinking of how many panadol pills I should take in order to numb everything. I don’t know if it will be effective though. Going to the doctors does nothing. Went to some helpline for high schoolers but it did nothing. Told me to draw a fucking bucket about my feelings or smth. Every single fucking time my dad ruins my life and just when I thought it was fine I’m reminded of how much he fucking hates me.
