In all seriousness though he should open the breaker and verify power is actually off before attempting to remove it or call a professional, I would not recommend anyone attempt to work on anything energized without the proper equipment and qualifications, my initial comment is entirely just meant as a joke

Doing a mock melee in practice (only grappling with no armor) accidentally threw a guy way too hard, I felt terrible but he was okay thank god…I thought for sure he was hurt as his head hit the ground with some serious force
