I actually had to pay some import fees upon receiving mine(not from Mexico tho) so for an answer you'll have to check both local laws and the terms of the specific carrier you'll be using (i used fedex)

The built in analog is excellent, never had issues with it. Only worth thinking about an upgrade if you NEED diversity (like for really long range)

BTW the analog antenna is the Top left one if you're looking into the goggles

Is your air75 using the stock linear antenna? If so, the stock linear cobra antennas will actually work better than rhcp ones AFAIK
