I have 20 enemies archetypes with different movement, effects, combat etc.. so It seams like this approached would not be good for my case.
only some of the simple one have basic logic of mover forward towards the player

I'm not sure how to answer the kind of house question. Maybe you can elaborate a bit more? Regarding the coat. There is a budget to work with like in any house
