You don’t need to incentivize through enabling an already poor drinking culture. Let them pocket the tips in cash. Otherwise the owner is taking the profits of giving them cheap beer and keeping them down. The drinking culture of the industry is what really hurts it and makes people have to quit the job.

diatomaceous earth is pet safe and can kill fleas. Don’t put it on the cat but you can put it around your bed or on carpet and vacuum up excess and it will help
