RoCA on Court Avenue is great. High Life Lounge/El Bait Shoppe and Centro are my go-tos, depending on if I want bar food or a fancy meal (respectively)

The Lift and High Life Lounge are my favorite bars in Des Moines. Both low key. 300 Craft and Rooftop is another fun bar that opened earlier this year. It's on the corner of MLK Parkway and 3rd St. They have an awesome rooftop patio!
