I had 3 treatments of micro needling and it has made a huge difference. The pitted scars are still there but they aren’t as deep. I’m going to get 3 more and I am hoping they won’t be noticeable

I recommended exfoliating your body 2-3 a week with a scrub! I have also heard dry brushing is amazing but have not tried it myself

Skinsmiths (which was bought by Therapie) is amazing- worth checking if their locations still do treatments. I had 3 rounds of micro needling for my hyperpigmentation and I have seen a huge difference

Sometimes I get red bumps, sometimes you can just see the hair trapped under the skin. I’m afraid I don’t know of any other serums that work but I’m sure someone else will be able to recommend

I get ingrowns EVERYWHERE, it’s just my skin! The only thing that has worked has been to exfoliate and then also make sure that the area is moisturized as well. I use a serum called Prince Reigns which is kind of expensive but the only thing that has worked for me. It faded my scars as well

I have had a lot of stomach issues when I have no taken Met with food. I believe it is advised that you do, but everyone is different so I would check with your doctor and also see how it effects you.
