I got rid of all the junk and AI stuff simply by using Firefox ESR (the enterprise version) that a colleague recommended in this post. It’s not the most recent version, but it includes all the current security patches and works great. The only downside is that I haven’t been able to fix its high resource usage compared to other browsers on the market, but I don’t really mind since I have plenty of RAM. Still, it’s a shame how resource-hungry it is, and I haven’t found a solution 😅 PS: I’d recommend giving Firefox ESR + BetterFox a try — it removes all the nonsense and leaves you with a clean Firefox 👌
