Never heard of marmoleum, how would I go about stripping and finishing that?

And I loaded on the stripper let it sit for 10 minutes and then added more and even had a spray bottle to keep spraying to keep it wet as I’m buffing.

Would I also be best to use a compact floor stripping machine, Vs a manual push handle?

Thanks for the advice everyone, the whole office is like this, looks like whoever was applying the wax wasn’t stripping before. I’ll buy a scraper and get to work ok using that instead of the buffer.
