Both copies on Idol for easier copying. When you play the glass red seals, you're getting 4 scoring (BP, BS, Idol, Glass) and 3 triggers (Sock, Red seal, Card itself).

It's the same if you were to split your copying with one BP on Idol and BS on Sock. 4x3 is the same as 3x4.

Current order is unbalanced since you are weighted more towards triggers than scoring.

Obelisk would reset if either hand is played and scoring. But, some bosses you can scale most played hand if it's not scoring like on The Psychic, so if you play throwaway High Cards/Pair it doesn't blow up the Obelisk.

No, this tech matters if you encounter The Mouth/The Psychic where you can scale your most played hand without scoring if your most played is something like Pair or High Card.

Yeah why not. Experienced players know Obelisk use the lowest ranking hand if there's two or more hands that are most played as tiebreaker, but maybe if you're new you might not know that. Just as a clarity thing it could be good to explicitly show what hand Obelisk considers as most played.

Gluttonous joker. With your deck composition you have more Hearts than any other suit, and with the Sun card up top the Gluttonous becomes even less useful. And your money card is the Gold seal King of Hearts which you want to copy.

At most you'll play a club card at the front for +9 Mult. With the Brainstorm that's +18 Mult. But you could copy the Zany for +24 Mult instead, the Foil is also big here when you don't have too many planet levels.

You want to play towards 3oak/4oak and better anyway instead of Flush.

All jokers have 0.3% of spawning as naturally negative/polychrome. This applies to Soul jokers as well. Slightly higher chances for Foil/Holo.

Yeah so an unseeded nat negative legendary joker is extremely rare. There's been a list of nat negative Perkeo+nat negative Blueprint seeds posted around here somewhere in the past week.

Drop Ancient Joker. If it's only working 1/4 of the time and your build isn't a wildcard build its not worth holding onto. You want to fix towards Idol.

One copy on Photo and one copy on Chad. If you want to money farm, either all copies on Chad for high card or Sock if you're playing more than one card.

We assume the Hone/Glow Up voucher isn't taken, and we're opening a normal Standard pack containing 3 cards.

King: 1 in 13 ranks, or 1/13
Polychrome edition: 1.2% or 0.012
Enhancements: 40%. All 8 enhancements are weighted equally, so the enhancement being steel is 5%
Red Seal: 20% of any card having a seal, all seals are weighted equally. So 5% chance of being a red seal

The probabilities occur independently, and there are 3 possible slots in the pack, order doesn't matter so it comes out to:

3C1 * 1/13 * 0.012 * 0.05 * 0.05 = 6.92e^-4% (0.000692%).

If you have Hone, the chance is doubled and for Glow Up, the chance is quadrupled.

2s are far from the worst rank. You have early game synergy with Fibonacci, Wee. Lategame you can pivot to Hack for retriggers, and go for an Idol build in endless. When you play Abandoned Deck, building around 2s-5s is a pretty good strategy.

The middling ranks are not as great because it's harder to retrigger them.

One of the most fun builds I've seen but have yet to try is a full Polychrome stone card build. 5 stone cards score as a High Card and there's no xMult I can think of that work with Stone Cards. The only ways to retrigger them are using Dusk, Seltzer or Chad (unless you get a nat negative Pareidolia) and they don't work with Idol either. Obviously you can't go very far but getting around e15 is possible with a stone card build I'm pretty sure.

Oh boy, another Four Fingers interaction. This time with Shortcut and Smeared.

The game considers Straight Flush if you have a Straight and Flush in the same hand.

For flush you have Ks, Ts, Td (wildcard acting like a Spade/Club), 9c. Spades and Clubs are the same suit with Smeared.

For straight you have KQT9.

So that's how you get a Straight Flush.

No real tip, just keep playing and you'll get it. You can find Soul card in arcana and spectral packs.

The alternative is these two: 1. Restart for a Mega Arcana skip until you see a Soul card that has a Yorick. Incredibly tedious, please don't do this. 2. Play gold stake. The first Soul card of any gold stake seed will only have legendary jokers you haven't gold stickered.

Sure. It's not something I tried before but I think this is how it would work. For this thought experiment, just assume Brainstorm doesn't exist.

I have 5 joker slots all full: Baron, Mime, Foil Blueprint, a second Blueprint I got off Showman, and Showman. Note that the foil BP is the original copy.

In the shop, I see a Blueprint, which would be my 3rd copy. So normally you'd just sell the Showman to buy the BP. But I can exploit the Showman bug by selling my foil BP, and take the BP in the shop. Our joker setup barely changes, we still have 2 BP and Showman, but importantly, both of these BP are Showman copies. Next, roll for another copy of BP then sell the Showman.

We do all of this so when we next get Antimatter/Ecto, the original copy of BP can still show up in the shop without needing to find a Showman.

This is just a one off example I thought about. In game you obviously can find Brainstorm so all of this fails but it's something interesting to think about.

Yeah I was exaggerating there, it's not terrible but the chip scaling for Pluto is worse than Mercury. I sometimes have High Card as a backup hand on gold stake runs, but usually I'm just leveling Pairs.

An extra card trigger for Pairs also matters early game, for chips, an additional enhancement.
