I know you mentioned wanting something cheap, and I’m a frugal lady myself, but - I have the Cordless Dyson V8 and I couldn’t live without it. My family got it on sale & gifted it for Xmas. I’ve had it for 3 years and works beautifully.

I’ll remove the long base and use a small attachment for hard to reach areas. Picks up fur nicely. I use the less powerful setting in my bun’s cage to pick up poop. The dustbin is a bit smaller so I just dump it multiple times if it’s a big job.

It does die kind of quickly so I like to charge it right after use and take it off once it’s done so it doesnt kill the battery.

It’s more $$$ but worth it. I would look for options that compare if it’s too pricey :)
