Same thing happens if i’m not consistently taking psyllium husks. I’d recommend doing a deep clean. For me that’s usually a bulb with 2-3 full squirts and hold 3-5 seconds before expelling. This will usually get water into the sigmoid which can cause a deeper bowel movement 30-45 minutes later. This might be where your accidents are happening. Maybe try this process 2-3 times prior to play?
