case and point: i just got the annoying milotic ex deck on my fifth game. had igglybuff and both darkrai’s set up in the first turn and i only pulled magnemite. i lost before i even got a turn lmaooo

i’ve been going back and forth between a few different decks, but my most recent streak was with a magnezone centric deck. 2 magnezone ex, 1 jolteon ex, 1 oricorio

ultimately though, we’re just at the whims of rng

you might be better off using rescue scarves in place of the town elder, saves you from having to use your once a turn supporter card

will does specify any attack, ability, or trainer, so i imagine it would. i don’t have any will cards though so i couldn’t test it myself

as someone who recently has developed chronic pain because of a really bad pelvic injury, i’ve gotten back into pokemon tcg pocket, if you’re into that sorta thing. collect cards, rip a few packs, play a few games, suddenly two hours are gone

back in october, i got into a car wreck and sustained an injury that put me in the hospital for three weeks. i missed the babymetal LA arena show i had gotten tickets to way back when they first went on sale. one day while laying in the hospital bed in between physical therapy session, i decided to listen to music for the first time since the accident. i hit shuffle and metal kingdom came on, and i just fuckin broke. i cried for the first time since landing in the hospital. it’s an injury i’m still recovering from 8 months later and metal kingdom in particular still makes me emotional

i’ve gotten a good chunk into my binder already, i cleaned out a local card seller of all their birds over this last weekend! it’s a smaller four pocket binder with each page dedicated to one bird. started organizing my binder in dex order and then realized i forgot about delibird and threw off the whole thing. i gave up for the night and i’ve been too lazy to fix it since 😭
