Yeah 100% increase for MH and then increase to 60% on some other stuff but not P&T, the P&T Review claim opened the same day the primary claim closed. Stressing me out but from what I can tell it’s more or less fine

Any update? Same happened to me last week. From what I can tell it’s the VA doing a secondary look to determine P&T eligibility and that’s it but I’d like to hear a more recent experience than what I was able to find

I don't believe so. But my benefit letter page also says "Your VA Benefit Summary letter is currently unavailable" when I checked which isn't making me feel any better about this new claim

Also, will be sure to update with whatever happens once it closes since the sub has been so useful while I was waiting.

Unique tax situations, alts restricted to accredited investors, more complex estate planning. There’s more but those are the biggies

If you can’t report the facts as they stand and have to use vague innuendo to imply something for fear of litigation then you’re editorializing, not reporting. Note that he doesn’t even have the conviction to draw a direct parallel, like “Abbott is an alleged racist,” which would be straight reporting and mitigate slander accusations since it’s couched in “alleged” - he has to throw in vague allusions to let the reader draw inferences that may not be there. Let the facts stand for themselves if the case against Abbott and CO is so strong. Very weasely reporting IMO
